How To Create A New Epic Games Account

NEED HELP Linking EPIC account with UBISOFT!!

~~Hi, peace,~~

~~I am unable to link my Epic account with Ubisoft, I get this error message:~~

~~**"ERROR cannot login external with epic"**~~

~~Already contacted Epic support but they are unable to even understand my problem/concern, they are telling me how to connect my console account!!!~~

~~I've also contacted Ubisoft support but it has been 4 days without any reply from them!!!~~

~~WHAT TO DO???~~

EDIT:

UBISOFT fixed the issues a couple days back & I was able to link my Epic account with Ubisoft.

I also have this damn issue, spent over 3 hours to solve it but nothing worked.

Have you installed both the UPlay launcher and the Epic Games launcher on your PC?

Disable any vpn if active

Didn't use any vpn neither any active vpn.

1. Cancel the linking attempt in the Epic Games Launcher. 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies. 3. Disable any browser extensions or add-ons that might interfere with the process, such ad blockers or elements that can prevent the execution of scripts. 4. Try completing the process in Incognito Mode.

If you are still unable to complete the linking process, make sure that the country set on your Ubisoft account matches the country set on your Epic Games account.

Already did all that but with no luck! Also the country set on both accounts is the same.

Thank you. My problem was the ad blocker enabled on Ubisoft connect/linking page.

Really don't know why. I'd never have guessed that.

Disabled adblock temporarly and worked. Thanks again.

Four months later and this issue still exists. How the hell did it work for you? I tried everything and it still doesen't work.
